• Giving regular IDMs
• Mediating between your user and DMI
• Updating planner including events, workshops, and leaves
• Recruiting future sports leaders
• Keeping the layout commercially optimized
• Building local sports project (LSP)
• Choosing range as per catchment analysis
• Working on merchandising and stock
• Working on piloting and PNL for your sport
• Working on achieving the ambition
• Practicing sport for a minimum of once a week within exceptional seasonal sports
