DFCCIL Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• MTS: 10th Matriculation + ITI approved course with 60% marks
• Executive (Electrical, Signal & Telecomm., Civil): 3-year Diploma in relevant field with 60% marks
• Junior Manager (Finance): CA/ICWA/CS/MBA (Finance)/PG Diploma in Finance

Age Limit (as of 01/07/2025):

• MTS: 18 to 33 years
• Executive & Junior Manager: 18 to 30 years

DFCCIL Salary Structure

• MTS: Rs. 16,000 – Rs. 45,000 (N-1 Level)
• Executive: Rs. 30,000 – Rs. 1,20,000 (E0 Level)
• Junior Manager: Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 1,60,000 (E2 Level)

DFCCIL Selection Process

The selection will include:

1. Computer-Based Tests (CBT 1 & CBT 2) for all posts.
2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for MTS posts.
3. Document Verification and Medical Examination for all selected candidates.
