DRDO Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

• Postgraduate degree in Science (first division) with NET qualification.
• OR Graduate degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) with a valid GATE score.
• OR Postgraduate degree in Engineering (M.E/M.Tech) in the first division at both graduate and postgraduate levels.

Tenure: Initially for 2 years, extendable up to a maximum of 5 years based on performance as per DRDO guidelines.
