About Naval Physical and Oceanographic Laboratory (NPOL)

DRDO NPOL Recruitment 2024 Age Limit

Upper age limit: 28 years as of the closing date of applications, extendable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Government of India norms. Application deadline: 30 days from the publication in Employment News/Rozgar Samachar.

DRDO NPOL Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

1. A duly constituted Screening Committee will conduct the screening of applications.
2. Shortlisted candidates will be informed about the interview schedule via email.
3. Candidates must possess an active email ID and check it regularly until the selection process is completed.
4. Only candidates shortlisted by the Screening Committee will receive communication for further selection procedures.
5. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification of candidature.
6. Based on the interview, a panel of candidates for anticipated vacancies will be created.
7. The panel will remain valid for one year, but empanelment does not guarantee a fellowship offer; it depends on vacancies.
8. The Director of NPOL reserves the right not to select any candidate if suitable candidates are not available.

DRDO NPOL Recruitment 2024 Salary

1. Fellowships will be initially awarded for two years, extendable as per rules.
2. As per applicable rules, monthly payments will be Rs. 37,000/- plus House Rent Allowance.
