DRDO SSPL Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
- Research Associate: PhD or M.E/M.Tech with 3 years research experience in fields like Semiconductor devices, Laser Optics, RF Electronics, Quantum Technology, etc. with publications.
- Junior Research Fellow:
- Postgraduate degree in Physics/Electronics/Material Science/Opto-electronics with NET/GATE OR
- B.E/B.Tech with first division and valid NET/GATE score OR
- M.E/M.Tech in VLSI/Physics/Microwave/IC Design/SSP with first division at UG & PG level.
- Age Limit: JRF: 28 years, RA: 35 years
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years, OBC: 3 years

The selection will be done based on interviews. Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email.
DRDO SSPL Recruitment 2025 Salary
- Research Associate: Rs. 67,000/- per month + HRA
- Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 37,000/- per month + HRA
