• Candidates must hold the First Class BE/B. Tech or post-graduation in the respective discipline from an AICTE recognized University/Institution

ECIL Recruitment 2024 Age Limit

Candidates applying for ECIL GET Recruitment 2024 must ensure that their upper age limit does not exceed 27 years. The age limit will be calculated as of the last date of submission of the online application, which is April 13, 2024. Additionally, age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS/PwD, and Ex-Servicemen applicants as per the Government norms.

ECIL Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

The selection process for ECIL GET Recruitment 2024 consists of two stages: a written test and a personal interview.

a. The weightage for the written test and personal interview is 85:15, respectively, with an overall requirement of scoring at least 60% for candidate selection.

b. All eligible candidates will be invited to participate in the written test. However, for the personal interview stage, candidates will be called in a ratio of 1:4 based on their performance in the written test.

c. In the event of multiple candidates securing equal marks in the written test, preference for the interview will be given to the candidate with higher marks in the eligible qualification.

ECIL Recruitment 2024 Salary

The selected candidates will initially join as trainee officers with a pay scale ranging from 40,000 to 1,40,000, along with allowances as per company norms. Upon successful completion of one year as a trainee, they will be designated as Officers, still within the same pay scale. Additionally, they will be entitled to benefits such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), fringe benefits, Provident Fund, leave, and other perks as per the company’s rules and regulations.

a) General candidates (UR)/EWS/OBC need to pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹1000/-.
b) The application fee once paid will not be refunded, regardless of any mistakes made by the candidate.
c) The application fee must be paid online through SBI Collect using the provided link or offline by generating a pre-printed challan from SBI Collect and depositing it at any SBI branch.
d) Candidates should enter the “SBI Collect reference No.” generated after payment in the Application Form.
