ECL Amin Recruitment 2025 Application Process

1. Applicants having the required qualifying certificates must apply in the notified application format (enclosed in notification).
2. Submit application along with self-attested copies of relevant documents (qualification proof, identity card, caste certificate etc.) to the respective Area GMs / Agent or HODs of the Establishments / Workshops; for HQ, submit to Sr Manager (HR/WBE), Personnel Dept., ECL, Sanctoria.
3. HR Managers of units will verify submitted details and originals, certify documents, and submit to the Area Manager (HR).
4. The Area Manager (HR) will forward applications with required data in prescribed format (Excel) to HoD (WBE), ECL HQ (email: wageboardestbhq1@gmail.com) along with duly signed hard copy.
5. All applications must be forwarded along with ACR for the year 2024-25 (for trainees regularized on or before cut-off date, ACR of 2025-26 will be considered). Vigilance/Departmental Clearance must also be forwarded with the application.
6. The HQ level committee will scrutinize and recommend finally eligible candidates for the Selection Test.
