ESIC Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Candidature – Nationality/Citizenship:

• Indian citizen, or
• Subject of Nepal/Bhutan, Tibetan refugee (arrived before January 1, 1962), or
• Migrants from specified countries with a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.

Educational Qualifications:

• MBBS degree included in the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
• Completion of compulsory rotating internship (those yet to complete may apply but must finish before appointment).

Age Limits:

• Maximum Age: 35 years as of:
  • CMSE 2022: April 26, 2022.
  • CMSE 2023: May 9, 2023.
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC: 3 years
  • PwBD: As per government rules
