About FSSAI
The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. It ensures food safety and quality across India by framing regulations, conducting awareness programs, and monitoring compliance. The FSSAI Internship aims to expose interns to policymaking, food safety management, and practical regulatory experience.

Eligibility Criteria
- Students pursuing full-time degrees (UG/PG/PhD) in Food Technology, Nutrition, Microbiology, Agriculture, Chemistry, Public Policy, Law, Management, or Mass Communication/Journalism.
- Recent graduates (within 6 months) are also eligible.
- Good academic record; additional certifications/research in food safety is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills; proficiency in MS Office and data analysis.
Internship Duration
- Minimum Duration: 1 month
- Maximum Duration: 6 months
Stipend & Perks
- Stipend: Up to ₹10,000 per month based on performance

- Upload the required documents:

- Bonafide Certificate (for students)
- Recent Passport-size Photograph
- Academic Transcripts
- Statement of Purpose (SOP)
