Genpact Responsibilities
Collaborating with operational teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Conducting in-depth research on cutting-edge generative AI techniques, staying updated on the latest advancements, and applying them to enhance LLM model capabilities.
Creating models using Classification and Regression techniques, performing Hypothesis Testing, and utilizing Feature selection.
Applying creativity to identify trends and patterns in large datasets.
Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to set and meet goals in a fast-paced environment.
Analyzing user behavior, conversion data, and customer journeys to generate hypotheses, develop optimization plans, and provide insights for feature improvements.
Mining and analyzing data from company databases to optimize product development and business strategies.
Continuously enhancing the analytics infrastructure and automating processes for the team.
Conducting in-depth analyses on key business trends and presenting insights in easily consumable formats.
Providing thought leadership within the marketing analytics community.
Genpact Qualifications
Education in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field.
Preferred Qualifications
Utilize computer languages (Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate and extract insights from large datasets.
Apply industry-standard AI/ML libraries like Sklearn, Keras, Tensorflow, and AutoML for data analysis.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of generative AI concepts, frameworks, and techniques, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying generative models.
Showcase proficiency in working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-3, GPT-4, or similar models.
Exhibit strong programming skills, particularly in Python, and hands-on experience with deep learning libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Communicate effectively and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Possess familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and an understanding of various NLP tasks.
Prior experience in handling LLM use cases or working with large-scale language models is highly desirable.
Ensure data quality and integrity through adherence to best practices, framework compliance, and coding standards.
