Genpact Recruitment Roles & Responsibility

• Study and analyze existing business trends and provide actionable insights to increase balances, reduce attrition and improve cross-sell efforts
• Communicate business results/interpretations with various partners in Marketing, Finance, Operations, Credit, and IT analytics teams
• Ability to generate innovative ideas and work on strategic initiatives which would have a significant business impact
• Expertise in delivering Adhoc requests quickly
• Transform business requirements into meaningful analytical studies
• Create customized reporting solutions or tracking mechanisms using SAS/SQL/Excel/MS Office
• Analyze the data pulled from the warehouse and do quality checks before reporting the data
• Generate innovative ideas and work on strategic initiatives which would have a significant business impact
• Client presentation of Analytical Projects focusing on explaining the cause or future impact
• Work directly with the client on an allocated project with direct communication through email and meetings
• Leverage internal and external data to understand customer propensities and derive/refine deposits strategy
• Support new product launch initiatives, and measure the impact of existing and new campaigns to optimize investment and maximize returns
• Though this is not a modeling role, you will be required to prepare business solutions for our client using Descriptive, Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics/Statistics techniques.

Minimum Qualification

• Graduate/ Postgraduate

Preferred Qualification

• B.Sc./M.Sc. (Statistics)B. A/M.A. (Economics)/MBA Postgraduate would be preferred.
• Analytics exposure in the credit card domain with a basic understanding of Statistic Techniques
• Skills Proficiency in MS OFFICE
• Excellent Programming skills
