Genpact Recruitment 2023 Roles & Responsibility
- A dedicated and hardworking‚ can-do attitude is crucial
- Able to understand requirements analysis and then, build and deliver the solution.
- The ability to communicate, friendly and cultural behavior during customer contact.
- Develop new features and functionality
- Troubleshoot & Debut existing functionality
- Experience in application development with C, Linux, and Oracle.
- Implementation knowledge for SQL, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
- Good in Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills.
- Delivery experience within the software industry, with an understanding of the software development/deployment lifecycle.
- Meet development deadlines with a high level of quality control
- Complete Unit test
- Develop test instructions and scripts
- Complete integration testing
- Document code using standard methodology
- Document step by step guide for new features and functionality
- Write operational documentation with technical authors
Preferred Qualification
- Strong interpersonal, analytical thinking, presentation, and communication skills essential Ability to work in a distributed team environment
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
