Genpact Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to comprehend data needs and deploy scalable data solutions.
- Plan, create, and enhance ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows with Talend for seamless integration of data from various origins into Greenplum databases.
- Conduct data modeling, schema design, and optimization of databases to facilitate efficient data retrieval and analysis.
- Create data pipelines and workflows to guarantee the seamless and punctual transfer of data between systems.
- Address and resolve challenges associated with data quality, consistency, and performance bottlenecks.
Genpact Minimum Qualifications
- Proficient in SQL and Python.
- Understanding of data integration and ETL tools (like Informatica, Talend, PL/SQL, Pyspark etc)
- Basic Understanding of data engineering and data warehouse concepts and principles
- Familiarity with complex data relationships and the data mapping process
- Good to understand cloud environments (i.e., Snowflake, AWS S3, Azure, etc.).
- Team Oriented, with the ability to work without heavy oversite.
- Write clear, concise, and accurate documentation.
- Ability to learn and adopt new tools and methods.
Genpact Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- B Tech / B.E./MCA or any graduates in Non-Circuit Branches
- Must have 60%/6.0 CGPA throughout Bachelor’s, 12th/PU and 10th Std.
- Must have sound knowledge of English – Any knowledge of a foreign language is a bonus.
