Hailify Recruitment 2023 Responsibility
- Respond and resolve to customer service issues within 24 hours
- Troubleshoot issues with drivers
- Admin duties related to partner management
- Answer phone calls
- Log any incidents in call/incident log
- Respond to all incoming messages from Zendesk
- Communicate with merchants on issues regarding their orders
- Dispatch orders to our fleets and drivers
