HAL  Education Qualification

• Completion of a 4-year B.Tech program from a recognized Board/University in the fields of Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology branches

HAL Stipend

• The Apprentices will receive a monthly stipend per the rules or any revisions made by the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT), Kanpur. The duration of the Apprenticeship Training is limited to one year.

HAL Age Limit

• Age Limit (as of December 24, 2023): 24 years.

Age Relaxation:

• Relaxable by 03 years in case of OBC, 05 Years in case of SC/ST Candidate.
• For the Candidates belonging to Differently Abled Category. (Minimum Disability 40%) The upper Age Limit is relaxable up to 10 Years (15 years for SCs/STs and 13 Years for OBCs)

HAL Apprentices  Selection Process

• The Selection for Engagement of Apprentices will be based on 100% Merit basis, considering a 100% Weightage of Total Aggregate Marks secured in the Engineering Graduate Examination.
• HAL Management’s decision regarding the selection will be final.
• Provisionally Selected Candidates shall undergo a Medical Examination and will have to produce a medical fitness certificate by Govt
