Diploma Technician: Approximate monthly remuneration: Basic Pay ₹23,000 plus allowances, totaling approximately ₹57,000. Includes benefits like Variable Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Special Allowances, and medical reimbursement lump sum. Additional benefits include TA/DA, Group Insurance, and an annual 3% pay increase.
