HAL Recruitment 2024

HAL’s Aircraft Division is looking for individuals to fill Non-Executive positions on a four-year term basis. These roles are available at the Bangalore Complex (BC) divisions, as well as offices and client bases in Tambaram, Rajasthan, and Naliya, Gujarat. The term will end automatically after four years from the date of hire, with the potential of extension based on organizational needs and business policies.

HAL Recruitment 2024 Tenure of Engagement

• Selected individuals will be hired on a tenure basis for four years beginning with the date of engagement.
• Engagement is not against a permanent vacancy; no claim to regular/permanent employment.
• Tenure automatically ends four years after joining, with no notice.
• Tenure extensions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, based on workload and requirements, and are at the discretion of management.
• Employment may be terminated during the duration by giving one month’s notice or by paying Basic Pay + DA in Consolidated Remuneration instead of notice.
• Tenure-based engagement does not provide the right to claim regular employee status.
  Selected workers are deployed in the Second/Third Shifts based on posting requirements.

Selected Personnel on a Tenure Basis will undergo Induction Training for 8 weeks.

• Selected Candidates posted at HAL-Bangalore-based Divisions.
• 15 Posts of Operator (Fitter) identified for Naliya (Gujarat) and Nal (Rajasthan) Customer bases of HAL.
• 5 Posts of Operator (Electrician) were identified for the Naliya (Gujarat) and Nal (Rajasthan) Customer bases of HAL.
• Diploma (Mechanical) – 4 Posts and Diploma (Electrical & Electronics) – 4 posts identified for Airforce Station, Tambaram (TN).
• Candidates are liable to be posted anywhere in India where HAL has Divisions/Offices/Detachments/Customer Bases etc., based on organizational requirements.

HAL Recruitment 2024 Remuneration

• Candidates posted at Bangalore receive monthly remuneration (approx.) of:
  • Diploma Technician (D-6): Rs. 46,511
  • Operators (C-5): Rs. 44,554
• Additional benefits include allowances, incentives, medical reimbursement, and an annual 3% increase in Basic Pay.
• Provident Fund contributions are calculated based on Basic Pay + Dearness Allowance.

HAL Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

• Candidates are selected based on Written Test performance; no TA/DA for the test.
• Cut-off percentages are set for different categories.
• Written Test details communicated via email/HAL website.
• The written Test comprises three parts, with no negative marking.
• Candidates bear the cost of test attendance.
• Required to bring Admit Card and Photo ID for verification.
• Selection for Document Verification based on Written Test merit.
• Engagement is contingent upon verification of Caste and Character.
• TA is reimbursed for one journey, subject to proof.
• TA provided if the Written Test and Document Verification are at the same place and time.

• Only candidates sponsored by relevant agencies can apply online.
• Upload a passport-size photo (<100 kb) and signature (<50 kb).
• Apply on HAL Website from May 30th, 2024, to June 12th, 2024.
• One application is allowed per candidate for one post.
• No changes are permitted after submission.
• Provide a valid email and mobile number for communication.
• The system generates a Registration/Acknowledgement form.
• False or incomplete information leads to candidacy termination.
• Updates will be available solely on the HAL website.
• The application deadline is June 12th, 2024.
