HCSL Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Project Officer (Safety) Degree in Safety Engineering / Any Engineering Degree / Physics or Chemistry / Diploma in Engineering 2-5 years in HSE roles in Shipyard/Factory
- Project Officer (Mechanical) BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 60% marks Min. 2 years in Shipbuilding/Marine/Port sector
- Project Officer (Electronics) BE/B.Tech in Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation with 60% marks Min. 2 years in relevant sector
- Project Officer (Electrical) BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 60% marks Min. 2 years in Shipyard/Marine/Engineering sector
- Project Officer (Civil) BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 60% marks Min. 2 years in infrastructure projects
Desirable Skills:
- Proficiency in computerized environments
Experience in shipbuilding, ship repair, or heavy engineering projects
Age Limit (as of 24 March 2025)
- Maximum Age: 45 years
Age Relaxation:
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
Ex-Servicemen: As per Government norms (Max age after relaxation: 50 years)
