Educational Qualifications:
- Graduation with a minimum of 50% marks (X, XII, and Graduation included).
- Courses completed via distance education are not eligible.
- CGPA/OGPA must be converted to percentages using the formula: Percentage = (GPA × 7.1) + 11 (10-point scale).
Work Experience:
- Minimum 1 to 10 years of sales experience.
- Relevant experience is subject to verification and approval by HDFC Bank.
Age Limit:
- Candidates must not exceed 35 years as of 7th February 2025.
Additional Criteria:
- Candidates with prior experience in customer relationship management and banking sales will be preferred.

Stage-I: Online Test
- Duration: 1 hour
- Sections:
- English Language: 30 Marks
- Numerical Ability: 35 Marks
- Reasoning Ability: 35 Marks
- Negative Marking: 1/4 penalty for incorrect answers.
Stage-II: Personal Interview
- Candidates shortlisted based on online test scores will be called for an interview.
Final Selection:
Based on the consolidated marks of the online test and personal interview.
