Hexagon Recruitment 2023 Roles & Responsibility

  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot for Network Printers, VOIP, and other peripheral types of equipment
  • Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
  • Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management tools
  • Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers, and other peripheral equipment.
  • Provide technical guidance and operational instructions to users
  • Create images and responsible for all OS deployment and backups
  • Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure
  • Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking using the Ticketing tool
  • Work with the team to ensure projects are completed effectively and efficiently.

Skills Required

  • Self-motivated and work well independently
  • Willing to work in shifts.
  • Knowledge of all operating systems of Windows.
  • Think outside of the box to implement innovative and effective solutions in IT.
  • Knowledge of Office 365.
  • Good communication and grammatical skills
  • Flexible and easily adaptable to any environment.
