Eligibility Criteria: Hindustan Copper Limited Recruitment 2023

Hindustan Copper Limited’s 2023 recruitment process has specific eligibility criteria that applicants must meet to be considered for positions within the company. These criteria serve as important prerequisites for potential candidates.

Required Qualifications for various trades –

1. Fitter: Successful completion of the 10th class examination following the 10+2 educational system or its equivalent. Additionally, passing the ITI exam in the Fitter trade is required.

2. Plumber: Attainment of a passing grade in the 10th class examination following the 10+2 educational system or its equivalent, and successful completion of the ITI exam in the Plumber trade.

3. Electrician: Completion of the 10th class examination following the 10+2 educational system or its equivalent is mandatory, along with passing the ITI exam in the Electrician trade.

4. Welder (Gas and Electric): Satisfactory completion of the 8th class examination following the 10+2 educational system or its equivalent is necessary. Additionally, a passing grade in the ITI exam for the Welder (Gas & Electric) trade is a prerequisite.

Age Limit( As on 01/10/2023) –

• Not Exceeding 21 Years.

Age Relaxation:

• For SC/ST candidates, there is a relaxation of 5 years.
• For OBC candidates, a relaxation of 3 years is applicable.

Salary/Stipend Details –

The stipend offered will be by the regulations and guidelines established for Hindustan Copper Limited’s 2023 recruitment of various trade apprentices.

Selection Process – Hindustan Copper Limited Recruitment 2023

• Candidates will be selected based on merit, considering their performance in both ITI and 10th standard examinations.
• A 40% weightage will be given to the marks obtained in the relevant trade in the ITI examination.
• A 60% weightage will be assigned to the marks scored in the 10th board examination.
• In case of a tie in merit scores, preference will be given to the candidate with the higher age.
