Age Limit: 40 years (as on 01 Nov 2025).
Age Relaxation: SC – 5 yrs, ST – 5 yrs, OBC – 3 yrs, PWD – 10-15 yrs, Ex-Servicemen – as per Govt Guidelines.
Selection will be based on the Written Test and Document Verification. Written test details, syllabus, and date will be shared with call letters. Minimum qualifying marks: 30% (General/OBC), 20% (SC/ST/PwBD). Test will be conducted online at multiple centers across India.
The salary for HCL Junior Managers ranges from Rs. 30,000 to 1,20,000/- per month depending on discipline and experience.
