- Electrical: Diploma in Electrical Engineering (3 years, full-time)
- Instrumentation: Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering (3 years, full-time)
- Chemical: Diploma in Chemical Engineering (3 years, full-time)
- Fire & Safety: Any Science Graduate + Diploma in Fire & Safety
Note: Higher qualifications like B.E/B.Tech or AMIE are not eligible.

- Computer-Based Test (CBT):
- Part 1: General Aptitude (English, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation)
- Part 2: Technical/Professional Knowledge (based on the respective discipline)
- Shortlisting for Further Stages: Candidates qualifying CBT will be called for:
- Group Task/Group Discussion
- Skill Test
- Personal Interview
