HRIDC Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

• General Requirement: Candidates must have retired from Railway PSU/Other CPSEs with relevant experience in the respective roles.
• OS / Clerk: Experience in office management, record-keeping, and clerical duties.
• SSE (P-Way): Experience in track maintenance and inspections.
• JE / SE (P-Way): Experience in track maintenance and repairs.
• Blacksmith: Experience in maintaining track fittings.
• Track Maintainer / Trolleyman: Experience in track inspection and trolley operation.
• Keyman / Patrolman: Experience in track patrolling and minor repairs.
• HR and Accounts Roles: Experience in HR/Accounts in State/Central Govt./PSUs/Banks; varies by position.
