HVF AVNL Junior Technician Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

• Junior Technician (Operator Material Handling Equipment): NAC/NTC/STC in Crane Operations or Class X Equivalent with Driving License and 2 years’ experience.
• Junior Technician (Rigger): NAC/NTC/STC in Rigger or Class X Equivalent with 2 years’ experience in large industry.
• Junior Technician (Heat Treatment Operator): NAC/NTC/STC in Forger and Heat Treater.
• Junior Technician (Fitter Auto Electric): NAC/NTC/STC in Auto Electrician.
• Junior Technician (Sand & Shot Blaster): Class X Equivalent with 2 years’ experience in Shot Blasting.
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years (as on 03-11-2025). Age relaxation as per rules.

HVF AVNL Junior Technician Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

Candidates will be selected based on merit in educational qualification, technical experience, and relevant skill assessment.

HVF AVNL Junior Technician Recruitment 2025 Salary

Basic Pay: Rs. 21,000/- + Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) as applicable + Special Allowance: 5% of Basic Pay + Annual increment: 3% of Basic Pay after successful completion of previous tenure.
