IB SA 2025 Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 10th pass from a recognized board or university.
- Age: Minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years as of notification date.
- Age relaxation as per Government of India norms:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- Central Govt. Civilian Employees (with 3 years continuous service): up to 40 years
- Widows, Divorced Women, and Women Judicially Separated (not remarried): UR – up to 35 years, OBC – up to 38 years, SC/ST – up to 40 years
- Ex-Servicemen: as per govt rules
- Meritorious Sportspersons: up to 5 years with proper certificate
IB SA 2025 Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
- Tier I (Objective Test): MCQs on General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Ability, English, General Studies; 100 marks, 1 hour, negative marking of ¼ per wrong answer.
- Tier II (Descriptive Test): Offline test translating 500-word passage between local language/dialect and English; 40 marks, 1 hour.
- Tier III (Interview/Personality Test): Personality assessment including spoken ability test; 50 marks.
IB SA 2025 Recruitment 2025 Salary
Selected candidates will receive salary as per Pay Level 3: Rs. 21,700 to Rs. 69,100 per month.
