Responsibilities

• Should have healthcare domain basis knowledge
• Patient/Payor Authorization knowledge/experience will be preferred
• Ensure client Service Level Agreements (SLA) and timelines are met.

• 0–1 years minimum of job experience in the healthcare industry.
• being able to handle inquiries through phone follow-ups and email.
• willingness to work in shifts as needed to fulfill job duties.
• Good and fluent communication skills.
