ICMR NIOH Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
- Selection for the positions of Upper Division Clerk and Lower Division Clerk will involve a written test and a Skill/Typing test from eligible candidates. The written test will be worth 100 marks, comprising 100 objective/MCQ-type questions, each carrying one mark for the correct answer. For each incorrect answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted. All written tests will be conducted exclusively in Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar. The syllabus for the written test will be published separately.
- Candidates who secure qualifying marks in the written test will be called for the skill/typing test. However, the top 20 candidates as per the merit list of the written test will be called first. If none of the top 20 candidates qualify for the skill test, the next 20 candidates as per merit will be called.
- The candidate with the highest marks in both the written examination and skill test will be selected based on merit, following the guidelines of the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), and subject to meeting all eligibility criteria.

- Upper Division Clerk: Pay Level-4 (Rs. 25,500 – 81,100)
