About IDBI

IDBI Bank Limited (IDBI Bank or IDBI) is a development finance institution under the ownership of India’s Life Insurance Corporation and the government. Established in 1964 as the Industrial Development Bank of India, it provided financial services to the industrial sector. In 2005, it merged with its commercial division, IDBI Bank, forming the present-day banking entity. In March 2019, the Government of India asked Life Insurance Corporation to infuse capital into the bank due to high NPA and capital adequacy issues. • Age Limit:
  • Generalist & AAO (Specialist): 20 to 25 years (born between Oct 2, 1999, and Oct 1, 2004)
• Educational Qualification:
  • Generalist: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • AAO (Specialist): 4-year degree in Agriculture or related fields from a recognized university.
• Minimum Percentage:
  • General/EWS/OBC: 60% or equivalent CGPA
  • SC/ST/PwBD: 55% or equivalent CGPA
• Computer Literacy: Proficiency in computers is required.

IDBI Recruitment 2024 Salary

1. Training Period (6 months):
   • Stipend: Rs. 5,000/- per month
2. Internship Period (2 months):
   • Stipend: Rs. 15,000/- per month
3. Post-Probation (Junior Assistant Manager):
   • Compensation (CTC): Rs. 6.14 lakh to Rs. 6.50 lakh (Class A city)

1. Pre-requisites:
   • Valid personal email ID and mobile number (active throughout the recruitment process).
   • Scan photograph, thumb impression, handwritten declaration, and signature as per guidelines.
2. Application Procedure:
   • Step 1: Visit the IDBI Bank official website idbibank.in.
   • Step 2: Click on “CAREERS/CURRENT OPENINGS” and select “Recruitment of Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) Grade ‘O’ – 2025-26.”
   • Step 3: Click on “APPLY ONLINE.”
   • Step 4: Register by clicking “Click here for New Registration” and fill in your details.
   • Step 5: A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated. Note them down.
   • Step 6: Fill in the application form and click “SAVE AND NEXT” to verify details.
   • Step 7: Upload scanned copies of the photo, signature, thumb impression, and handwritten declaration.
   • Step 8: Verify all details using the “Preview” tab and then click “COMPLETE REGISTRATION.”
   • Step 9: Proceed to the payment section and select the preferred payment mode.
