IFFCO Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications:

1. Degree Requirement: Four Years Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a University or Institute recognized by UGC/AICTE.
2. Disciplines: Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Electronics, and Civil Engineering.
3. Minimum Marks:
   • General/OBC candidates: Minimum aggregate of 60% marks.
   • SC/ST candidates: Minimum aggregate of 55% marks.
4. CGPA Conversion: Candidates with CGPA scores should convert them into percentages while filling out the application form.
5. Year of Passing: Only candidates who have passed their degree in 2021 or thereafter are eligible to apply.
6. Expected Results: Candidates expecting their final semester results by August 2024 can also apply.
7. Experience: Candidates who have undergone Apprenticeship training or have one year or more of job experience after obtaining their qualification are not eligible.

Upper Age Limit:

• Maximum age limit: 30 years as of July 1, 2024.
• Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates not belonging to the creamy layer.

IFFCO Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

1. Preliminary Online Test:
   • Conducted online using candidates’ own resources.
   • Performance determines shortlisting for the next stage.
2. Final Online Test:
   • Conducted at designated centers across multiple cities.
   • Candidates choose two preferred centers.
   • Final selection based on performance in this test.
3. Personal Interview:
   • Shortlisted candidates from the final test are interviewed.
4. Medical Examination:
   • Candidates undergo a medical check-up as per IFFCO’s standards.

IFFCO Recruitment 2024 Training Period

• Location: Candidates will be placed at any of the IFFCO Plants across India. The position may be transferable to any existing or future establishments of IFFCO or its subsidiaries.
• Training Period: Selected candidates will undergo Apprenticeship Training for one year under the Apprentices Act, of 1961. This training does not guarantee employment with IFFCO beyond the apprenticeship period.

IFFCO Recruitment 2024 Stipend

Stipends and other benefits will be paid as per the rules of the Organisation during the apprenticeship period. Presently, the stipend is Rs. 35,000/- p.m.
