Engineer (ITS) 

Educational Qualification:

• Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics and Communications, Electrical, Instrumentation, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence, or a combination of these branches from a recognized University/Institute.

Recruitment Criteria:

• Selection: Direct recruitment through a valid GATE score from the last three years (2024, 2023, or 2022) in any of the following disciplines:
  • Computer Science and Information Technology (CS)
  • Electronics and Communications Engineering (EC)
  • Electrical Engineering (EE)
  • Instrumentation Engineering (IN)
  • Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (DA)

Method of Recruitment:

• Direct Recruitment

Age Limit:

• Candidate not less than 21 and not exceeding 30 years as of the last date of receipt of online applications.

 

Officer (Finance) 

Educational Qualification:

• Essential: Chartered Accountants (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or Cost and Management Accountants (CMA) from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI).

Recruitment Criteria:

• Selection: Direct recruitment of CA or CMA based on marks obtained in the final exam of ICAI or ICMAI for the last three years (2024, 2023, or 2022).

IHMCL Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

Selection Criteria:

1. Engineer (ITS): Based on the merit of the valid GATE score from 2024, 2023, or 2022.
2. Officer (Finance): Based on the total marks of the final exam of CA or CMA from 2024, 2023, or 2022.

IHMCL reserves the right to invite candidates for interviews based on category-specific cut-offs. If the number of applications is large, IHMCL may use shortlisting criteria to limit the number of candidates for interaction/interview.

Final Merit List:

• In case of a tie in scores/marks, the older candidate will be placed higher in the merit list.
