IIFCL Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualifications:
   • Post-graduate/Graduate in any discipline /MBA /PGDBM/B.Tech/Chartered Accountant (CA)/Cost Accountant (CWA)/LLB
   • Minimum post-qualification experience of 2 years in Finance Institutions, Commercial Banks, or related fields (such as Project Finance, Legal Advisory, Corporate Strategy, Risk Analysis, etc.).
2. Age Limit:
   • Candidates must be under 30 years of age as of 31st March 2025.
   • Age Relaxation:
     • SC/ST: 5 years
     • OBC: 3 years
     • PwD (General/EWS): 10 years
     • PwD (OBC): 13 years
     • PwD (SC/ST): 15 years
     • Ex-Servicemen: 5 years

IIFCL Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

The selection process consists of two phases:

1. Phase I – Online Examination (Objective Type)
   • Sections: Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, Current Affairs related to the financial sector.
   • Domain Knowledge section specific to finance.
2. Phase II – Interview
   • Shortlisted candidates from Phase I will be called for an interview (Technical and Behavioral). The interview will carry 100 marks.
3. Final Merit List:
   The final selection will be based on the combined marks of the Written Exam (Phase I) and Interview (Phase II).
