IITM Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Junior Engineer: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Electrical/Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering with 60% marks OR 3-year Diploma in relevant field with 5 years experience.

Junior Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Science/Commerce with 60% marks and computer knowledge.

Junior Research Fellow: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc/B.Sc in relevant disciplines, GATE/NET qualification preferred for some posts.

Age Limit: Junior Engineer – 32 years, Junior Assistant – 27 years (Age relaxation applicable as per Govt. rules: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC-NCL – 3 years, PwD/Ex-Servicemen as per rules).

IITM Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

Selection is based on Written/Professional Competence Test, Trade/Skill Test, and Interview. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for tests/interviews.
