IIT Madras Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
- For 07 July 2025 JRF Post: M.Sc in Physics with good academic record. CSIR-UGC NET/GATE qualified candidates eligible. Desirable: programming for simulations/signal interfacing.
- For 16 July 2025 JRF Post: PG Degree in Physics or Graduate/PG in Professional Course with valid NET/GATE or selection via National level exams (CSIR, DST, DRDO, DBT, etc.).
- Upper Age Limit: 28 years (relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Women).

- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview/Test.
- Selected candidates must submit printed application during document verification/interview.
