GDSs receive Time-Related Continuity Allowance (TRCA), which increases annually by 3%. They are entitled to Dearness Allowance on TRCA as per government norms. The initial engagement offers the following TRCA slabs:

• BPM (Branch Postmaster): Rs. 12,000-Rs. 29,380 per month.
