Infosys Recruitment Responsibilities
- Consolidate data from several systems to make order entry and inventory availability checking easier.
- Carry out a variety of order management tasks, such as order entering and expediting.
- While upholding call center aims and goals, provided precise order entry, change order, and specific telephone information.
- Use electronic distribution to handle a lot of product orders, from order input to shipment and revenue recognition.
- From Order Entry to Collection, plan and actively manage every step of the customer contract fulfillment process with SAP.
- Used SAP to support order administration for sales, including order input and order tracking.
- Management of order input, shipment, fill rate, and product availability.
- Deep understanding of the inventory, sales, receivables, and invoicing modules of the SAP ERP system.
- Comprehensive understanding of the export process system, including interfaced systems and ERP.
- In-depth understanding of both simple and sophisticated contracts related to order booking
