IOCL Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Junior Operator: Matric (Class X) pass with 2 years ITI in relevant trades and 1 year experience.
• Junior Attendant (PwBD): Higher Secondary (Class XII) with minimum 40% marks for PwBD candidates.
• Junior Business Assistant (PwBD): Graduate with a minimum of 45% marks and basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, with 1 year experience.

Age Limit

• Candidates must be between 18 and 26 years of age as of the specified cutoff date. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.

IOCL Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

• Junior Operator & Junior Attendant:
  1. Computer-Based Test (CBT)
  2. Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT)
• Junior Business Assistant:
  1. Computer-Based Test (CBT)
  2. Computer Proficiency Test (CPT)

IOCL Recruitment 2025 Salary

• Junior Operator (Grade I): ₹23,000 – ₹78,000 per month
• Junior Attendant (Grade I): ₹23,000 – ₹78,000 per month
• Junior Business Assistant (Grade III): ₹25,000 – ₹1,05,000 per month

In addition to the salary, employees are entitled to DA, HRA, medical benefits, and other allowances as per company norms.
