IOCL Engineers/Officers Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

1. Computer Based Test (CBT) – 100 questions (150 minutes).
   • Section A: 50 questions (Domain Knowledge)
   • Section B: 50 questions (General Aptitude – Quantitative, Reasoning, Verbal)
   • Marking: +1 for correct, -0.25 for wrong answers
2. Group Discussion & Group Task – Communication, teamwork, and analytical skills tested.
3. Personal Interview – Technical knowledge and personality assessment.
4. Weightage – CBT (85%), GD/GT (5%), PI (10%).

Selected candidates will receive a salary of ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 per month along with additional allowances and benefits as per IOCL norms.
