IPRCL is a Joint Venture of 11 Major Ports under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways (MoPSW). The company provides apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act, 1961, and recruits candidates for one-year apprenticeship programs in Electrical and Mechanical disciplines.

Graduate Apprentice: Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
Diploma Apprentice: Full-time Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical discipline. Maximum age 25 years as on 10/10/2025 (relaxation as per govt norms).

IPRCL Recruitment 2025 Salary/Stipend

Graduate Apprentice: ₹10,000/- per month.
Diploma Apprentice: ₹8,000/- per month.

Shortlisting based on percentage of marks in prescribed qualification. No interview. Selected candidates will be informed by email/post/courier.
