IRCON Engineer Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have a full-time graduate degree in Engineering/Technology with at least 60% marks in one of the following disciplines:
- Electronics Engineering
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Electronics & Communication Engineering
- Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in:
- Electronic Interlocking
- Relay Interlocking
- Automatic Signaling
- Telecom Works
- Kavach System
Note: Teaching, training, consultancy, or freelancing experience will not be considered.
Age Limit
- Maximum: 35 years as on 01.04.2025
- Age relaxation applicable as per government norms.
IRCON Engineer Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience. Shortlisted applicants will be called for a written exam and/or interview. Interview call letters will be sent via email.

- Fixed consolidated salary: ₹40,000 per month
- 5% annual increment after each completed year
- Medical Insurance reimbursement up to ₹4000/year
- EPF contributions as per rules
- One leave per calendar month
- TA/DA for outstation duties
