ITC Recruitment Roles & Responsibility

• B.Tech/B.E. ( Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation from Premier Colleges will be preferred)
• Experience in Production/Project in FMCG Manufacturing setup will be preferred
• Participate in the development of a final approved plan for the operations – developed with consideration of category & industry benchmarks for manufacturing
• Sign-off on the cost of production including improvement projects targeting annual conversion cost & material yields (based on power, fuel, manpower, productivity & applicable fixed costs) with the Category management team
• Propose annual plan in terms of material yield, recipe adherence, daily average output, fixed costs (manpower, maintenance, etc.) & variable costs (fuel, power & productivity)
• Plan cost & quality improvement projects for the lines, submit proposed capex budget for improvement projects for approval & drive execution of proposed projects in line with capex & timeline budgets
