Jammu & Kashmir Bank Limited Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• Graduation from a recognized university/institute. The result must be declared by the last date of registration.
• Proficiency in the local language of the respective region/area. Preference will be given to domiciles of the respective region.

Age Limit:

• Minimum 20 years and Maximum 28 years as of 01/01/2024. Age relaxation for reserved categories as per government guidelines.

Duration of Training:

• One (01) year (360 days).

Jammu & Kashmir Bank Limited Recruitment Stipend:

• Monthly: Rs. 10,500 (includes Rs. 1,500 from Govt. agency via DBT).
• Conveyance: Up to Rs. 1,250 per month.
  Note: DBT amount is applicable only for apprentices below 35 years of age.

Jammu & Kashmir Bank Limited Recruitment Selection Process

1. Online Written Test (Objective Type):
   • General Awareness & English Comprehension: 50 Questions, 50 Marks (30 minutes).
   • Quantitative Aptitude & Reasoning Ability: 50 Questions, 50 Marks (30 minutes).
   • Total: 100 Questions, 100 Marks (Duration: 1 hour).
   • Negative Marking: 1/4th mark deducted for each wrong answer.
2. Merit List:
   • The district/region/category-wise merit list is based on aggregate marks.
   • Tie-breaking: Older candidates ranked higher.
3. Contract of Apprenticeship:
   • Digital issuance through the Apprenticeship Portal. Candidates must accept the offer within the stipulated time.
