• ANM: 10+2 with ANM course approved by INC and registration under Jharkhand Nursing Council.
• Staff Nurse: Intermediate with 3-year GNM course and registration under Jharkhand Nursing Council.
• Lab Technician: Diploma in Lab Technology with computer proficiency and registration under Jharkhand Lab Technician Council.
• Pharmacist: Diploma in Pharmacy with computer proficiency and registration under Jharkhand Pharmacy Council.
• Cold Chain Handler: Matriculation with ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning and 3 years of experience.
• Clinical Psychologist: Postgraduate degree in Psychology with M.Phil in Medical & Social Psychology (RCI approved).
• Psychiatric Nurse: B.Sc Nursing with 2 years experience in Psychiatry or Mental Health.
• Support Staff: Matriculation pass with at least 1 year relevant experience.
• Cook: Diploma in Cooking/Hotel Management or Matriculation with 2 years experience.
