JPSC Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for the post of Child Development Project Officer in the Women, Child Development & Social Security Department, Jharkhand are as follows:
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized institution.
- Age Limit: Applicants must be between 22 and 35 years old as of August 01, 2019. There will be an upper age relaxation of 2 years for BC-II, 3 years for BC-I, and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
JPSC Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
Candidates applying online for the CDPO post should note that the selection process consists of the following:
- Preliminary Examination: There will be two papers in the Prelims, each carrying 100 marks. Questions will be asked in each paper.
- Main Examination: The Main Examination will also consist of two papers, each carrying 100 marks.
Interview: The Interview will be conducted for 50 marks only.

According to the Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC), selected candidates for the CDPO position will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 9,300/- to Rs. 34,800/- with a Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400.
