Krishak Bharati Cooperative Limited (KRIBHCO) is a Central government cooperative under the ownership of the Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India that manufactures fertilizers, mainly urea.KRIBHCO was incorporated on 17 April 1980 as a national-level Multi-State Cooperative Society by the Government of India to implement the first gas-based high-capacity Fertilizer Complex consisting of 2 x 1890 MTPD Ammonia plants and 4 x 1662..5 MTPD Urea plants each with annual installed capacity of 8.91 Lakh MT Ammonia and 14.52 lakh MT of Urea at Hazira District-Surat, Gujarat, India based on natural gas from Bombay High/ South Bassein.

KRIBHCO Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Graduate Engineer Trainee (Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil/ Environment):

Eligibility Criteria:

• GATE-2023 Score Card (qualified GATE in the respective discipline of graduation)
• Only B.Tech/B.E. Graduates from 35 approved Institutes -( 31 NITs + 4 Institutes)
• B.Tech/ B.E. with overall marks of 65% and above
• For Results awaited/appeared till 7th Sem, 65% aggregate is mandator.
• Only 2023 Pass-out or Passing-out
• No Gaps/Backlogs in Graduation, i.e. B.Tech/ B.E. should have been completed in four years.
• Result in awaited applicant can also apply
• X and XII mark 60% and above.

Age Limit

• Not more than 27 years as of 31st May 2023

Training Period:

• One year
• Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)
• Bond: GET shall be required to execute a bond to serve KRIBHCO for a period of three years after completion of training. The bond amount will be Rs. 2,00,000/- for the General / OBC Category and Rs.50,000/- for SC / ST candidates.

During Training Period

Stipend during the training period

• The GET will be recruited in the “G2” grade in the pay scale of Rs.55,000/- -1,30,000/- with the initial Basic Pay of Rs.55,000/- per month plus usual allowances as a stipend.
• CTC during the training period: Around Rs. 13.69 lacs

 

After successful completion of training

• Name of the Position: “SENIOR ENGINEER”
• Pay Scale: Rs.55,000/- -1,30,000/- with the initial Basic Pay of Rs.56,650/- p.m. plus usual allowances
• CTC: Around Rs. 15.08 lacs
