Roles & Responsibility

• Handling litigation of real estate matters, arbitration matters, GST and income tax matters, cheque bounce matters, etc.
• Working on RERA compliances and RERA matters
• Drafting and vetting necessary agreements
• Working on company compliance and correspondence with MCGM
• Drafting written arguments and legal notices

Skills & Requirements

• Experience in handling high court matters
• Candidates having real estate experience are preferred
