Job Description

• Any under or postgraduate (preferably 2022 and 2023 pass out)
• Results-oriented and a self-starter.
• Experience in data processing, quality assurance, and process improvement.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication (verbal and written).
• Ability to work under general direction on multiple tasks with competing timelines.
• Responsible for following processes and ensuring the data entered into the systems are accurate and timely and that SLAs are met.
• Identifies and resolves light and moderate complex production-related errors in Apex Portal, EBX, and SAP.
• Takes the time to understand and then can clearly communicate data quality issues specific to the data domain

Qualification:

• Knowledge of SharePoint and TEAMS
• Must be a team player
• Knowledge of SAP (Preferable)
• Knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP function required)
