L&T Recruitment 2023 Job Description

• Ensure effective implementation of ESMP, and ESMoP at the site level.
• Coordinating and monitoring Environmental management at sites.
• Conducting training on environmental Aspects and modules as a part of a training program.
• Assisting CEO in the preparation of ESMP, ESMoP, and other supplementary plans and updating the same, as & when required.
• Coordinating/ conducting site inspections at regular intervals.Complying with the Client’s and Engineer’s observations & issues related to his site.
• Coordinating with Package managers, and the site section in charge to make sure that the Environmental management plan is being effectively implemented at the site.
• Keeping records of site inspections, audit reports, and correspondence (related to his site) from the Engineer, and client.
• Submission of all inspection records, and monitoring reports to the CEO at regular intervals Participate regularly in monthly SHE committee meetings.
• Implementing the corrective & preventive action for the non-compliance observed at the site.
• Taking daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports from SEO.
• Providing training to SEOs, as and when required.
• Reviewing the inspection reports, observation reports, etc. prepared by EO.
