- 4-5 years of power system modeling experience, including digital solutions for power transmission and distribution systems.
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in electrical engineering
- Good written and oral skills very proficient in written and oral communication, regularly communicate complex information, and interact with the team
- Located in the US and able to travel ~35% of the time
- Analytical skills to analyze SLD and extract customer requirements
- Experience authoring project requirements, project design, develop technology test protocols with minimal supervision
- Experience in developing engineering design, interconnection study requirements, permit submittals to Utility
- Experience in product tools and application experience

- Develop tests, standardized test procedures, and perform product testing, including involvement in hands-on lab testing during evaluations of prototype systems
- Analyze operational and test data to troubleshoot and resolve system problems
- Latest technology evaluation on Utility Solutions and managing technology roadmaps for DERMS DMS SCADA with the integration of grid power/solar power/wind power/DG set/storage etc.
- Knowledge of the quality process of various integration technologies is a plus. Deep understanding of different protocols.
- Shall have comprehensive knowledge of latest standards on design, testing and validations
- Experience with Electric Vehicle Chargers, Controllers, Battery Energy Storage Systems, Energy Efficiency, and/or Solar
- Experience in field visits to assess existing electrical infrastructure (ex. transformers and panels) for upgrades
- Should have a deep understanding of design engineering, procurements, controls, interconnection guides, and requirement development for Utilities (Electrical Gas, and Water).
- Knowledge of different applications of Power or SCADA application.
- Designs for SCADA DERMS DMS System.
