• Constables (UB/AB):
  • Qualification: HSLC or equivalent.
• Constable (Mechanic):
  • Qualification: ITI in relevant trade with 5 years of work experience.

As per the Mizoram Police Recruitment Notification, candidates should be at least 18 years old and a maximum of 28 years old.
Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST Category: 5 years (as per Government norms).
• OBC Category: 3 years.
• Meritorious Sportsperson: 5 years.
• General Category: No relaxation unless specified under special categories.

Mizoram Police Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

1. Physical Efficiency Test (PET):
   • Male:
     • 1 km race in 5 minutes
     • High jump: 1 metre
     • Long jump: 3.3 metres
   • Female:
     • 1 km race in 8 minutes
     • High jump: 0.8 metres
     • Long jump: 2.25 metres
2. Written Exam:
   • 200 marks (100 MCQs; 2 marks each).
   • Subjects: General English, Mathematics, GK, Reasoning, and Computer Knowledge.
3. Personal Interview: 25 marks.
